SMS messaging terms

Program description. SAMS sends appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates and customer-support messages to people who have booked or enquired through our website or forms and explicitly opted in to receive text messages via a dedicated checkbox.

Cancellation. Reply STOP at any time to the number that texted you. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Message frequency and rates. Frequency varies with your enquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age. You must be 18 or older to participate.

Compliance. We comply with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws in the countries we operate in, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines in the United States and GDPR/PECR in the UK and EU.

General terms

Services are provided month to month and may be cancelled by either party with notice before the next billing date. Performance guarantees are as stated on the pricing page and apply to the first 30 days of service.
